If you are a guest in our Bistro, we only collect the type of personal information above which we consider needed to complete your reservation and to give you a good service experience, such as special requests, any preferences and information related to payment.

When you visit our website (even if you do not make a reservation), we may collect certain information, such as IP address, browser used and information about your computer, such as operating system, application version, language settings and pages shown to you. If you are using a mobile device, we might also collect data regarding your mobile device, device-specific settings and characteristics and latitude/longitude details. When you make a reservation, our system registers through which means and from which websites you have made your reservation. Such data is considered personal information and subject to this privacy statement if it identifies you as a natural person.

You may always choose what personal information you wish to provide. However, if you do not provide certain details, it may impact some of the transactions and services.
